Update for 10/22:
Joe's been kicking ass at Hypertrophy I and has completed 2+ more workouts. I'm still injured. The shoulder's feeling somewhat better but still not ready for prime time. Been doing sprints though and some core exercises in the gym; cut out the sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and whey protein powder.
